DISCLOSURE

I have to start by saying that we have been here over 3 months now.  I initially started writing this blog at 7-1/2 weeks, but for whatever reason, never got things to the posted/published stage.  I know some of that is my fear of putting our life out there for everyone to see.  Yes, I know I could password protect, etc., but I’ve gotten so much out of online forums and blogs through this journey that I just didn’t want to do that.  But the main reason for the delay is suddenly having two children under 5, (particularly boys), no washing machine or Laundromat, no car, and no nearby family support.  Wow!  I didn’t have any idea just how busy I would be!  Add being in a foreign country to that and you have a recipe for a very busy and emotional time.  So I’ve only now arrived at a point where I feel ready to share the experiences we’ve had and are now having.  You’ll notice many of the posts are written in the past tense, and many of them are posted on the same day despite having been written at different times.  Now you know why.    I hope you’ll forgive me for keeping you all waiting so long….J
