Negotiations had actually started on Day 2, when we had decided to stay at the Juls. D.S. prayed with us in the car that we would have favour with the owner of the guest house complex. So we met with her to discuss the possibilities and she was very reasonable. I think she also appreciated the reason we would be staying so long as she has children of her own. So at the end of it all, we ended up getting our cottage for a little more than ½ of the original price. Woohoo!!!! We checked out all of the cottages and chose the one we thought was most suitable – and that had the best internet reception (have to keep our priorities straight J). Move-in was set for the weekend, and all we had to do was shop and prepare to set the place up for the boys’ arrival.
